Highlighted by the Porteño (G3) and Omega (G2) at San Isidro, the week will also feature the Propietarios Stakes at Palermo

Entries were finalized this Tuesday for the upcoming programs at San Isidro and Palermo, setting the stage for a stakes-packed week featuring three graded events that will serve as stepping stones toward the next major targets on the calendar.
The spotlight will fall on Saturday at San Isidro, where the Porteño Stakes (G3, 2400m, turf) and the Omega Stakes (G2, 1600m, turf)—for older horses and fillies and mares aged three and up, respectively—will help shape the road toward the Gran Premio 25 de Mayo (G1) and the Copa Diamante (G1).
Following three withdrawals, a field of nine is set for the Porteño, highlighted by the return of Honest Boy (Heliostatic), last year’s 25 de Mayo winner. Among those standing in his way are Full Keynote (Full Mast), looking to rebound after being disqualified from victory in the Gran Premio Miguel A. Martínez de Hoz (G1); El Encinal (Il Campione), winner of the 2023 Gran Premio Carlos Pellegrini (G1); and fellow stakes winners Pecado Original (Global Hunter), Out of the Blue (Drosselmeyer) and Equal Mostaza (Equal Stripes). The lineup is completed by Castañón Rim(Remote), Doctor Dre (Sixties Song) and Hit Colchonero (Hit It a Bomb).
The Omega saw four scratches, leaving a final field of nine: Forti Leaf (Fortify), International Look (Cosmic Trigger), Lessons of Life (Le Blues), My Pride (Daddy Long Legs), Noche Alta (Hi Happy), Orpen Rimout (Remote), Paxing(Señor Candy), Sátira Gaucha (Cityscape) and Soñadora Pícara (Suggestive Boy).
At Palermo, the main attraction will come on Sunday with the Asociación de Propietarios de Caballos de Carrera Stakes (G3, 1400m, turf), which drew a field of 11: Adi Shakti (Lucullan), Eneta (Fortify), Filippiada (Il Mercato), Harlan's Rim (Remote), Igual No Soy (John F. Kennedy), Legítima Blan (Equal Legítimo), Mis Locuras(Manipulator), Moon's Destiny (Orpen), Pecadora Joy (Fortify), Stormy Summer (Nicholas) and Victoria Bayern(Santillano).
