An elite weekend of racing is on the horizon. Adding to the high-caliber outlook at Palermo on Saturday featuring two Grade 1s, Hipódromo de San Isidro will offer an equally compelling Sunday program. The card is anchored by the Clásico Eliseo Ramírez (G2) and the Clásico Raúl y Raúl E. Chevalier (G2), both contested over 1400 meters on the turf, representing the first major divisional tests for 2-year-old fillies and colts, respectively.

It is no surprise that both juvenile events attracted compact fields, with eight fillies and six colts awaiting the final ratifications to be announced later this afternoon.

The potential lineup for the Ramírez includes: Bailadora Coco (Lucullan), Deep Feeling (Seahenge), Full Question (Full Mast), Gota Clara Sos (Made You Look)—who was also confirmed for the Clásico Fortunato Damiani (G3) at La Plata on April 7—Marynda (Master of Hounds), Palapa (Cityscape), Risitas Pass (Distinctiv Passion), and Sally Ride (Señor Candy).

The Chevalier entries could feature: Cardo Castilla (Strategos), El Pirata (Il Campione), Full Lujoso (Full Mast), Mask May (Mask), Recuerdos Pass (Distinctiv Passion), and Sam Bushido (Pneumatic).

The week at San Isidro officially begins this Friday, once again with juveniles in the spotlight. The featured Clásico Islas Malvinas (L) over 1000 meters on the grass remains uncertain with only five probables listed: Capavolta (Made You Look), Chichipío (Angiolo), Pasión del Alma Pass (Distinctiv Passion), Siete Lagos (Full Mast), and Sixties Pen (Sixties Icon).

The Jockey Club circuit will also host racing on Wednesday, April 8, centered around the Handicap Ante Diem (1400m, dirt) for fillies and mares 4-year-olds and up, and the Especial Rico (1800m, dirt) for 5-year-olds and up with at least three wins. In the Ante Diem, Adi Shakti (Lucullan) was assigned the high weight of 60kg, followed by Guadilú (Señor Candy) and Vieja Amiga Mask (Mask) at 59kg. The Especial Rico probables include G1 winner Epityrum (Portal del Alto), stakes winner Quality Boy (Asiatic Boy), and the consistent Atomic Trigger (Cosmic Trigger).
