The Hipódromo Argentino de Palermo and Hipódromo de San Isidro completed their final programs of 2025 on Monday, each scheduling two remaining race dates and assembling a solid stakes menu to complement La Plata’s Clausura (G2).

At Palermo, Saturday the 27th features the Clásico Ayacucho (G3, 2500m, dirt) for horses aged four and up. Set to line up are Soñador Spring (Greenspring), Endor Rye (Endorsement), El Emporio (Il Campione), Billion (Galicado), Davalos (Hi Happy), and Don Champagne (Long Island Sound).

Then, on Monday the 29th, the spotlight along Avenida del Libertador and Dorrego will fall on the Clásico Jorge A. Ricardo (1200m, dirt), also open to horses four and older. Confirmed runners include Qué Cubano (Qué Vida Buena), Príncipe Soñado (Fragotero), Mis Padres (Tantos Años), Despacito (Sabayón), Hop On (Endorsement), Lunático Blues (Le Blues), Bienhechor (Hurricane Cat), Rugiente (Il Campione), Earth and Fire (Cosmic Trigger), the mare Bichita de Luz (Fragotero), and El Calladito (Hi Happy).

At San Isidro, Sunday the 28th brings a double stakes offering with the Clásico Invasor (G3, 1400m, turf) and the Blue Prize Handicap (2000m, turf). The former is for horses aged three and up, while the latter—run under handicap conditions—is restricted to fillies and mares from three years old.

Set for the Invasor are The Outsider (Roman Joy), Polaris E (Semurius), Colifato Novo (Lenovo), Concord (Remote), Full Keynote (Full Mast), Beauty Sea (Seahenge), Wish You Luck (Winning Prize), El Birmano (Il Campione), El Gazpacho (Bodemeister), and Majority Wins (Master of Hounds).

The Blue Prize has drawn Risible (Orpen, 56kg), Resilincia Holiday (Cosmic Trigger, 54.5), Masiera Time (Annals of Time, 52.5), Miss Talento (Equal Talent, 60), Pura Diva (Puerto Real, 51.5), and Icilia (Lizard Island, 50.5).

Meanwhile, Friday the 26th in the north is highlighted by the Handicap Jerry Honor (1400m, dirt) for fillies and mares aged four and up. Top weight of 58kg goes to Ataka (Señor Candy), who will face Look Happy (Hi Happy, 56.5), La Paltrow (Hurricane Cat, 54), Filippiada (Il Mercato, 56), Guadilu (Señor Candy, 57), Alambradora Si (Silentio, 54), and Popova (Holy Boss, 51.5).

With Ayacucho and Invasor leading the way, Palermo and San Isidro appear set to deliver a fitting, high-quality conclusion to the top-level Argentine racing season.
