The son of Lenovo will carry 57 kilos in Wednesday’s feature, where he will face Príncipe Soñado, Bingo Song, and others

There will be 16 races on Wednesday at San Isidro, including 12 restricted events and three more for older, out-of-form runners five years and up. The lone touch of quality comes from the Handicap Make Tracks, a deserved tribute to the unforgettable Haras La Quebrada stallion who once transformed Argentine breeding.
Open to horses aged five and older, the race offers a modest winner’s purse of just 4,400,000 pesos—barely two months of training bills after deductions—and will be run over 1100 meters on the dirt auxiliary track. It is scheduled as the 11th race, around 6:20 p.m.
Only five runners were confirmed, forming a competitive group in which Bank One appears to hold a slight edge. The son of Lenovo, assigned 57 kilos, made headlines in April when taking the Clásico Juan Lapistoy over the turf straight, and has since collected several solid efforts in top company.
The most recent came less than a month ago, when he finished second to Santo Federal (Santillano) in the Handicap Utópico down the Palermo straight, beaten three lengths while carrying the same impost. Under similar circumstances, he had previously run second, two lengths behind the talented Candy and Giant (Giant’s Pleasure) in the Handicap Emigrant.
Topweight duties fall to Príncipe Soñado (Fragotero, 60 kilos), a relentless campaigner from La Pampa who almost never misfires. A winner at the higher level, he exits an excellent third-place finish in the Clásico Ciudad de La Plata (G2) behind El Resero Con Capa (Angiolo) and Es Aristocrático (Angiolo), and looks poised for another strong showing.
Breaking from the rail is Bingo Song (Alcindor, 58 kilos), the 7-year-old coming off a sharp two-length local win over 1200 meters and seeking to keep the momentum going.
Fire Class (Emperor Richard, 53.5 kilos), fourth in the Handicap Utópico, and East Ender (Il Campione, 53 kilos) complete the lineup as the lightweights, both hoping to spring an upset.
