LA PLATA, Argentina— The Especial Doctrinaria Slew over 1,700 meters on the main track and the Handicap Haras La Providencia going 1,200 meters will serve as the twin feature attractions on a brief, ten-race program scheduled for Tuesday afternoon at the provincial oval. Eligibility conditions require a minimum of three career victories for both features, with the former restricted to mares five years old and upward and the latter tailored for older horses aged four and up.
A well-balanced field of nine prospective entrants has been finalized for the Especial Doctrinaria Slew, presenting a highly competitive scenario lacking a clear-cut standout. Her primary opposition is expected to come from the class-dropping Expert Advice (Il Campione, 56 kg), who seeks a crucial form reversal following a string of disappointing performances.
