At the conclusion of the year's opening semester, the official statistics compiled by the Stud Book Argentino reveal commanding leaders across nearly every single category.

The month of June typically exerts a powerful influence on the national standings due to the traditional arrival of the Carreras de las Estrellas festival. However, following the showcase event organized by the Fundación Equina Argentina, the latest rankings compiled by the Stud Book Argentino showed no major shakeups among the division leaders at the conclusion of the year's opening semester.
As it stands, Haras El Paraíso remains clearly at the summit among breeders, while its resident stallion Il Campione(Scat Daddy) commands the sire category with a comfortable cushion. Meanwhile, Pauli has solidified its advantage among ownership syndicates, and the late Orpen (Lure) continues to anchor the top spot in the broodmare sire division. Furthermore, despite his third-place finish in the G1 Gran Premio Estrellas Classic, Need You Tonight (Hat Ninja) retains his status as the highest-earning racehorse of the 2026 season.
Boosted by Qué Tarde Gris's brilliant triumph in the G1 Gran Premio Estrellas Mile, Il Campione has amassed nearly 850 million pesos in progeny earnings. This gives him an advantage of almost 200,000,000 pesos over Fortify(Distorted Humor), who captured the Estrellas Dirt Junior courtesy of Vivir En Paz. Concurrently, Neat Colt's upset victory in the Estrellas Classic propelled Treasure Beach {GB} (Galileo {Ire}) into third place in the general sire standings, sitting just ahead of Le Blues (Roman Ruler), Angiolo (Grand Reward), and Strategos (Zensational)—the trio representing Argentine-born stallions.
The nursery where the G1 Gran Premio Estrellas Juvenile hero Colorado del Monte (Strategos) was raised, Haras El Paraíso, maintains a significant margin over Haras La Pasión in the breeder race. Haras Firmamento safely occupies the third position closely behind, while Haras Vacación and Haras Abolengo complete the leading top five.
In the broodmare sire category, Orpen secured a magnificent one-two finish in the Estrellas Classic through the aforementioned winner Neat Colt and runner-up Hit Colchonero (Hit It a Bomb). This classic double allows him to breathe comfortably at the pinnacle of the standings, followed by Easing Along (Storm Cat), Sebi Halo (Southern Halo), Pure Prize (Storm Cat), and Equal Stripes (Candy Stripes).
Turning to the leading owners, Pauli's continuous dominance has long ceased to be a surprise. Victorious in the G1 Gran Premio Estrellas Juvenile Fillies with Unica Forma (Full Mast), the stable has already logged 33 victories in 2026, operating at a phenomenal 36.3% strike rate. Financial records show Pauli has built a gap of more than 100,000,000 pesos over runner-up Firmamento. Santa Inés holds the third spot, while Tramo 20 surged into fourth following Neat Colt's top-level achievement, and Rubio B. occupies fifth after Victoria Bayern (Santillano) delivered a trophy in the Estrellas Dirt.
While Need You Tonight managed to defend his leading position in the individual horse standings, his margin has shrunk considerably over the high-flying mare Indiana Candy (Señor Candy)—who took the G1 Estrellas Distaff—and the charging Neat Colt. The fast Le Cornette (Emmanuel) now occupies fourth place after capturing the G1 Estrellas Sprint, with Magnum Fifth (Daniel Boone {Brz}) completing the top five.
