The Rubio B. filly looks to take another important step forward in her campaign this Wednesday at Hipódromo de San Isidro

One of those race meetings unlikely to leave much of a lasting mark will take place this afternoon at Hipódromo de San Isidro. With races of every kind on the program, including opportunities for older horses, the main attraction will come through the Especial Amsterdam (1400m, dirt) for 3-year-old fillies that are winners of one or more races.
The race could provide the ideal opportunity for Emisora Mundial (Santillano, 55) to continue strengthening her progression after taking a shot in stakes company and finishing fourth, beaten 5 1/2 lengths by Reina Secreta (Víctor Security) in the Clásico Doria.
Representing the powerful Rubio B. stable, the bay filly will face the ultra-consistent Esthetic Chic (Long Island Sound, 55), a reliable sort who always seems to leave a favorable impression. She exits a pair of strong allowance efforts and could very well take home the top prize here.
More seasoned at the stakes level is Tranquila Señora (Fortify, 55), runner-up in both the Clásico Raúl Lottero (L) and the Clásico Eusonio C. Boni (L) at La Plata. She returned from a layoff with a disappointing effort last time, but should move forward considerably off that race.
The most accomplished winner in the field is Centinela del Mar (Strategos, 57), though she performed poorly in the Clásico Federico Plowes at La Plata. Among just five runners, she finished third, beaten 17 lengths by Emprestada (Cosmic Trigger) without showing her usual form. Her connections are also hoping for a rebound.
Majestic Rim (Remote, 55), En La Ribera (Il Campione, 55), and Esperanza Eterna (Il Campione, 55) complete the compact field, though on paper they appear a step below the main contenders in terms of chances.
