Following their 1-2 finish in the Clásico Miss Loren at La Plata, they now square off in the Handicap Rafale on the San Isidro dirt

As is the case almost every Wednesday, San Isidro Racetrack will transform into the realm of mediocrity, featuring a card packed with alternative-category events and races for veteran horses. The high point of the afternoon will be provided by the Handicap Rafale (1600 m, dirt), where mares 4 years old and upward will square off.
End of Spring (Il Campione) and It's My Look (Equal Stripes) come off facing each other in the Clásico Miss Lorenat La Plata, where, under weight-for-age conditions, the former finished ahead by 3 lengths in a rather unusual running style, handled perfectly by Juan Cruz Villagra.
Now, the encounter will take place with weights assigned by merit, which means End of Spring will carry 60 1/2 kilos and her rival 59, a situation that could easily alter the order of finish, even more so on a surface as fast as the San Isidromain track extension.
That very same afternoon, Sia (Puerto Escondido, 53 1/2) finished third, an additional 5 lengths back. Following that, the defender of Stud Facundito fell by just half a length to After Hours (Qué Vida Buena) in the Especial Bethysmal, also at the Bosque, confirming her upward trajectory. She will now attempt to pull off an upset, enjoying a significant weight advantage over the main contenders.
Juan Carlos and Juan Sebastián Maldotti will attempt to capitalize on the momentum of Hidden Vision (Puerto Escondido), who, after two consecutive victories at the intermediate level, aims for more while carrying 52 kilos.
Dulce Ambición (In the Dark, 53) comes off defeating the G1 winner Quita Rim (Remote) at Palermo and is another one looking to surprise, with Increpante (Sigfrid, 55 1/2) and La Guernica (Il Campione, 53 1/2) completing the lineup.
