A daughter of the esteemed Fortify (photo) and in foal to champion Hi Happy, she was acquired for $20,000 by Haras Juan Antonio

Enunciativa, a daughter of Champion Sire Fortify (Distorted Humor) and in foal to the outstanding Hi Happy (Pure Prize), commanded the top price at the Gran Venta de Yeguas Madre held by Haras Santa Inés on Tuesday. The sale was conducted via a live online format and organized by Fallow Remates.

6-year-old and a two-time winner at Palermo, the bay mare is a half-sister to multiple winners and hails from the renowned E family, which includes Champion Sprinter Elogiado (Archipenko) and G1 winner Estricta (Roy), among others. Haras Juan Antonio secured Enunciativa with a final bid of $20,000.

The second-highest price of the sale was $17,500, paid for both Miss Allure (Equal Stripes—Miss Chic, by Mutakddim) and Arisa (Orpen—Aspen Days, by Exchange Rate). Miss Allure was purchased by Haras Parque Patricios, while Haras Juan Antonio struck again for Arisa.

Unraced, Miss Allure is in foal to Gouverneur Morris (Constitution) and belongs to the exceptional female line of Carina Mía (Malibu Moon), Miss Match (Indygo Shiner), My Halo (Southern Halo), Miss Linda (Southern Halo), and Lord Nelson (Pulpit).

Arisa, a two-time winner at San Isidro at three, is carrying her fourth foal, with a confirmed pregnancy to Remote(Dansili). She boasts an outstanding imported pedigree, tracing back to elite names such as Miswaki (Mr. Prospector), G1 winner Mastery (Candy Ride), and Jump Start (A.P. Indy), a highly successful sire in Argentina.

In total, 28 mares went through the virtual ring, generating gross sales of $235,100, with an average price of $8,396.
