The Argentine horse shows an excellent morning stride and will run this Sunday in the eighth race at Gulfstream Park

HALLANDALE BEACH, Miami (Special for Turf Diario).– With a World Cup atmosphere in the air, the time has come for the debut in the United States of the very talented sprinter Es Aristocrático, who is confirmed to take part this Sunday in the eighth race at Gulfstream Park, an optional claiming allowance with a $25,000 tag, offering $70,000 in purses over a 1200-meter trip on the dirt track.

Under the training of José Francisco D'Angelo, it will be interesting to see one of the best short-distance horses from La Plata Racetrack in recent months in action, facing 6 rivals with Lionel Reyes confirmed in the irons, breaking from post position number 2.

Defending the colors of Lugamo Racing Stable LLC, Es Aristocrático has been showing an excellent stride during mornings at Palm Meadows Training Center, highlighted by an outstanding 1000-meter breeze in which he clocked 58s63/100, clearly dominating a stakes winner at this venue. Furthermore, he confirmed his condition with a final blowout of 49s10/100 for 800 meters, along with several other morning works that left his entire connections widely satisfied.

The former Stud Pauli representative and son of Angiolo, Es Aristocrático tallied 10 victories out of his 21 starts in Argentina, featuring triumphs in the Clásico Uberto F. Vignart (G3), Clásico Jockey Club Argentino (L), Clásico España (L), Clásico Club Hípico de Chile, and Clásico Eduardo Casey, in addition to finishing second in the last two renewals of the Clásico Ciudad de La Plata (G2), among several stakes placings.

The challenge looks far from easy for the Argentine runner, and his toughest rival appears to be Fourth and Central(Cajun Breeze), backed by 2 wins from just 3 lifetime starts, the most recent of them in the FTBOA Florida Sire Dr. Fager Stakes (L), with his only defeat coming when finishing fifth in the Proud Man Stakes (L).

Breaking from the rail will be Lethal Speed (Kantharos), a horse for whom expectations were sky-high at the beginning of his campaign after a successful debut, but who is now looking to get back on track following a couple of performances that left his connections dissatisfied.

Practically Dark (Practical Joke) is one from whom much more is expected, while Adios Now (Adios Charlie) and Latch the Hatch (Curlin's Honor) will provide solid experience at this level.
