The Gran Premio Estrellas Juvenile Fillies (G1), contested over 1,600 meters on the turf, historically serves as the definitive championship showcase for the division's elite 2-year-old fillies. However, the 2026 renewal features a dramatic twist with the absence of the undisputed divisional leader, Gran Gotera (Made You Look), who was not nominated to the series and will skip the event.

A dual Grade 1 winner of the Gran Premio Jorge de Atucha and the Gran Premio de Potrancas, the Stud Tinta Roja standout leaves a wide-open field in her wake. Her absence offers a golden opportunity for Gota Clara Sos (Made You Look) to step out of the leader's shadow and secure her first top-level victory.

Campaigned by Stud Pauli, the talented chestnut filly boasts a stellar resume. She dominated the early juvenile circuit at La Plata, capturing the Clásico Amilcar A. Mercader (L) and the Clásico Derli A. Gómez (G3), before seamlessly transitioning to San Isidro's turf course to score in the Clásico Eliseo Ramírez (G2). After yielding her undefeated record to Gran Gotera with a runner-up finish in the Gran Premio de Potrancas, Gota Clara Sos returns with a thirst for vengeance.

Her primary obstacle on the road to redemption looms in the form of Ruby Rose, an exciting homebred representing Stud RDI. The filly belongs to the highly anticipated first crop of the exceptionally talented turf star Imperador (Treasure Beach).

Six weeks ago, Ruby Rose turned heads on debut with a spectacular performance, unleashing an explosive turn of foot to coast home by six lengths over Lovefest (Le Blues). While she faces a significant class hike and a minor distance extension from 1,400 meters to the mile, she possesses the unmistakable raw talent of a true top-class prospect.

Powerhouse operation La Providencia mounts a dual attack with their homebreds Gunakali (King Guillermo) and Hi Intense (Hi Happy), who finished third and thirteenth, respectively, in the Gran Premio de Potrancas. Gunakali finished just two lengths adrift of Gota Clara Sos in that encounter, a margin that could easily be erased with a clean trip.

Unica Forma (Full Mast), who finished fifth in the same event after setting a blistering pace to aid her stablemate, returns to the mix. While a similar pacemaker role is expected, she warrants respect if left alone on the front end. Finally, the early divisional leader Embozada Rim (Remote) rounds out the field, looking to recapture her top form and secure a rebound victory.
