Sales at breeding farms have become a firmly established custom recently, whether in the Buenos Aires breeding circuit or in the country’s interior. This Saturday, the action moves to Paraje Cuatro Caminos, near Bell Ville in Córdoba, where Haras Zoraida will hold its inaugural annual sale starting at 2 p.m., under the management of MZ Horse Sales.

With payment plans of up to 10 installments and discounts of up to 15% during the ongoing pre-bidding period, a total of 15 lots will go through the ring. The catalog features offspring by Cosmic Trigger (Lizard Island), Full Mast (Mizzen Mast), Safety Check (Dubawi), Cityscape (Selkirk), Manipulator (Unbridled), Tetaze (Equal Stripes), Long Island Sound (War Front), and Mootsadir (Dansili), as well as part of the first crops from Nicodemus (Candy Ride), Pneumatic (Uncle Mo), Imperador (Treasure Beach), and Village King (Campanologist).

One of the highlights is Comet Cuatro, a son of the established sire Cosmic Trigger out of Ta Ocupada (Equal Stripes), from the family of champions Campero (Samos III) and Campagnarde (Oak Dancer).

Also on offer is My Heredera (Manipulator), a maternal sister to five winners, including stakes winner Angioplastía(Angiolo) and stakes-placed Emilia Romagna (Ever Peace).

From Nicodemus’ first crop comes Nurburgring, out of the tough Salt Cephei (Salt Lake), who has already produced stakes-placed Cephera (Grand Reward) and hails from the family of notable runners like Algenib (Oak Dancer), Nortak(Fitzcarraldo), and Alphard (Just In Case).
