It happened this Sunday in the Especial Sociedad Hipódromo Chile (1,100m, normal dirt), the third and final featured event of an entertaining card at the eucalyptus track, where he carried 54 kilograms.

The scratch of the mare Maylena (Qué Vida Buena) removed the prime candidate and the high-weighted runner from the field—a scenario that the son of Knockout and Red Stripes (Valid Stripes) exploited to perfection to secure a decisive win.

Returning a hefty $ 17.45, the pupil of Oscar Castiñeira racing for Stud Os-Mar bided his time early before bursting onto the scene in the home straight. Down the lane, the chestnut was a unstoppable force, closing widest of all on the outside, collaring the field at the 200-meter mark, and drawing clear with absolute authority.
