That afternoon, top turf marathons will take center stage as mid-distance fillies and mares clash in the Clásico La Mission (G2-2,000 m), while 3-year-old colts preview the upcoming Gran Premio Jockey Club (G1) in the Clásico Ensayo (G3-1,800 m, turf), alongside another key 3-year-old contest, the Clásico Vilmar Sanguinetti over 1,400 meters.

Three scratches were lodged for the La Mission, leaving three-time champion Charm (Strategos) to face 7 rivals as she looks to bounce back following a pair of unexpected defeats.

Standing in her path are Portal Maya (Portal del Alto), Tía Corazón (Besitos), Igual No Soy (John F Kennedy), Noche Alta (Hi Happy), Soy La Líder (Manipulator), Romana Craf (Mastercraftsman), and Splash Park (Safety Check).
