Stakes action will not be exclusive to Hipódromo de Palermo in the coming days. On the side of Hipódromo de San Isidro, following the remarkable card experienced last Saturday with the Gran Premio Jockey Club (G1) meeting, the premier track will once again feature entertaining stakes action.

Fillies and mares will be tasked with providing the main feature when a new edition of the Clásico Carlos P. Rodríguez(G2, 1600m, turf) is contested on Sunday. The race can serve as a stepping stone toward the Gran Premio Joaquín S. de Anchorena (G1) against the males, or in preparation for the Gran Premio Copa de Plata (G1).

With 12 names on the preliminary list, the prospective return of Herd Immunity (Forge) stands out, as she has been off the track since capturing the Gran Premio Criadores (G1) at Palermo on May 1.

Adi Shakti (Lucullan), Class Life (Fortify), Deep Feeling (Seahenge), Gota Clara Sos (Made You Look), Kalady (Il Campione), Lancara (Manipulator), Orphila (Daniel Boone), Parati (Mshawish), Pawnee Drive (Lucullan), Splash Park (Safety Check), and Verenna (Cosmic Trigger) complete the lineup.

The week at San Isidro will kick off on Friday, October 9, when the most significant contest will be the Clásico Orange(L), scheduled over 1400 meters on the dirt for 4-year-olds and up. The talented Talented Hit (Hit It a Bomb) tops a list of seven potential runners, which is rounded out by Calladito (Qué Vida Buena), Concord (Remote), El Ernesto(Señor Candy), Jardín Secreto (Endorsement), Stormy River (Le Blues), and Yak Sport (Glory Seattle).

Finally, on Wednesday, October 14, the Jockey Club Argentino venue will feature the Handicap Cipayo as its centerpiece, catering to mares 5 years old and up over 1200 meters on the dirt training track. Agua Clarísima(Interdetto), Ana de Armas (Angiolo), Full Odalis (Full Mast), Liga de Honor (Legión de Honor), Talentosa Ine(Equal Talent), and Vida Romana (Qué Vida Buena) are the only six horses entered.

Final confirmations will be taken until Tuesday at noon, with the definitive race cards scheduled to be released later in the afternoon.
