BUENOS AIRES—As it does every season, the Stud-Haras Firmamento will sell several of its horses in training to make room at Campo 2 for the arrival of the second batch of two-year-olds. Juan Carlos Bagó's establishment is trading expectations for experience, providing an opportunity for other owners to find a new prospect to continue enjoying the sport and reaching the winner's circle.

In recent times, several pieces sold by the seagull silks in this auction have gone on to achieve excellent results. One need look no further than last weekend at San Isidro, where Bluclette Rim (Remote) captured the Clásico Asociación Argentina de Fomento Equino (L). If proof were needed, that victory stands as a prime example.

Scheduled for this Monday starting at 7:00 p.m. in an online format organized by Antonio Bullrich SA, the sale includes 12 lots (9 males and 3 females)—Celebre Happy (Hi Happy) will not be presented—featuring sons and daughters of Remote (Dansili), Hi Happy (Pure Prize), Sixties Song (Sixties Icon), Hit It a Bomb (War Front), and The Great Day (Harlan's Holiday).

One of the most interesting prospects is the 4-year-old Adorado Rim (Remote and Adora Nistel, by Van Nistelrooy), already a three-time winner at La Plata, including the Clásico Pedro Goenaga (G2) and the Clásico Luis María Doyhenard (G3), in addition to several placings at the graded level.

Song Kas (Sixties Song and Forest Kas, by Forestry) is another name to consider. This horse generated high expectations as a juvenile, winning twice in a row at Palermo before finishing fifth in the most recent edition of the Gran Premio Estrellas Classic (G1).

For those looking to win quickly, Fantasy Rim (Remote and Fantastic Rye, by Catcher In the Rye) might be the best fit. At 4 years old, he is coming off two consecutive victories this year at San Isidro, leaving him just one step away from securing the first of two possible "Tréboles," which would increase the prize money by 50 percent.

Consideration should also be given to Ecográfico Rim (Remote and Ecográfica, by Easing Along), a two-time winner who recently finished third, just 3 lengths back at San Isidro, or Pecador Rim (Remote and Pecadora Inc, by Include), who also hit the board in his latest outing.

The group also includes several 2-year-olds that have recently been broken and are undergoing pre-training, which could serve as a non-stop ticket to the selective stakes of the first half of the year.

As with all training sales, payment will be in cash.
