The card will feature three black-type events with several notable names on the entries; on Wednesday the 11th, the Handicap Jorge H. Iglesias will help liven up the midweek action

Programs for the upcoming two meetings at Hipódromo de San Isidro were finalized Tuesday, with the Saturday, June 7 card shaping up as the highlight, featuring an enticing trio of stakes events on the schedule.
Assuming turf conditions hold—always a guessing game, as anything outside the stakes tends to be shifted to the main track—the afternoon will be headlined by the G2 Forli (1800m), the G2 Pippermint (1400m), and the Listed Manuel Anasagasti (1400m), with the first two open to 3-year-olds and up and the latter restricted to sophomores.
The Forli will mark the long-awaited return of Vundu (Suggestive Boy), last seen capturing the G1 Estrellas Classic in 2024 and later annexing the Clásico Engrilillado on August 30. A strong group awaits him, including fellow G1 winner Comando Secreto (War Command), as well as Cholo Manuel (Santillano), One Thing (Brz, Verrazano), Oro Nativo(Puerto Escondido), Ronda de Ases (Forge), Seek Wave (Seek Again), Springbreak (Smart Holiday), and Yak Sport(Glory Seattle).
The Pippermint promises a top-class sprint and will feature reigning champion Colifato Novo (Lenovo), joined by notable rivals like Earth God (Cosmic Trigger), Bronx (Qué Vida Buena), and Don Latido (John F Kennedy). Also in the mix are: Alberto de Monaco (Bodemeister), Estero de Ibera (Il Campione), Garufa Mask (Mask), Giant Rimout(Remote), Midnight Runner (Forge), Mr. Versace (Fortify), and What a Man (Mastercraftsman).
The Manuel Anasagasti shapes up as a compelling test for up-and-comers, with a lineup including Capital Boss (Daniel Boone), Coro de Rojas (Daddy Long Legs), Engualichao (Roman Joy), Forgging (Forge), Legalaized (Dabster), Liberto (Hurricane Cat), Montegrelo (Il Mercato), Sargento Morris and Temazcal (both by Gouverneur Morris), and Segerman (Seize).
The week will wrap Wednesday, June 11, with the Handicap Jorge H. Iglesias (2400m, dirt), drawing a field of six older horses. Heading the weights is Touch the Stars (Fortify, 59.5kg), who failed to fire in his G1 Gran Premio 25 de Mayo comeback. He’ll be joined by The Gladiator’s Hat (Hat Ninja, 55.5kg), Tiznow Forever (Midshipman, 52.5kg), El Pulque (Heliostatic, 55.5kg), the mare Flavie (Seahenge, 55kg), and Gadzooks (Galán de Cine, 54.5kg).
