The son of Angiolo scored by 6 lengths in the Especial Frío Wells and is now 3-for-3 at that distance over the La Plata track

LA PLATA.- The brilliance of Es Aristocrático shone once more Saturday at La Plata, where he turned in a commanding display to annex the Especial Frío Wells, reaffirming his perfect record at 1400 meters—three wins from as many starts at the trip over the Bosque oval.
A son of Angiolo, he built upon his narrow score in the Especial La Plata Capital, this time stamping his authority with far greater ease while carrying 56 kilos, slightly more than in that previous engagement.
With Gonzalo Borda giving him a measured ride, Es Aristocrático settled just behind the searing pace set by Aroma Rim(Remote), Arcanum (Horse Greeley) and Buen Curuzucuateño (Buen Verso), who blazed early fractions of :23.60 and :45.55. Hugging the rail throughout, he found a dream opening in upper stretch, took command without fuss, and powered clear with consummate ease.
At the wire, Es Aristocrático was six lengths in front of Buen Curuzucuateño, with Aroma Rim another two lengths back in third and Señor Dan (Señor Candy) a further length and a half away in fourth. Final time was 1:23.55, with Paraná Miní (Winning Prize), a key contender on paper, withdrawn at the gate.
Bred by Haras Tres Jotas, Es Aristocrático is trained by Marcelo Sueldo but was saddled by Juan Pablo E. Díaz on the day. His victory extended the outstanding run of Stud Pauli, who has now celebrated 13 wins from just 22 starters over the last two months.
Out of Soutine (Luhuk), Es Aristocrático is a half-brother to Salonika (Roman Ruler), heroine of the Clásico Chile (G3)and runner-up in the Gran Premio Selección (G1). Their dam, Souriante (Lyphmas), is among the foundation mares of Tres Jotas.
Now boasting six wins from 15 starts, with four coming above the conditional level, Es Aristocrático faces an intriguing decision ahead: to stretch out again to the mile, or cut back to 1200 meters with an eye on the Clásico Ciudad de La Plata (G3).
