After a great campaign in Argentina, the son of Angiolo has been sold and will join the barn of Venezuelan trainer José F. D'Angelo

LA PLATA.— The Argentine campaign of the talented sprinter Es Aristocrático will soon come to an end. Next Tuesday at the La Plata racecourse, the son of Angiolo will run in the Clásico Eduardo Casey before traveling to the United States, where he will continue his racing career.
The bay, who raced for Stud Pauli, has been sold and is scheduled to depart on February 8. Once he completes quarantine and the acclimation period, he will be trained in the Florida area by Venezuelan José F. D'Angelo, according to owner Mauro Castellazzi.
Bred by Haras Tres Jotas and prepared throughout his career by Marcelo Sueldo at San Isidro's Training Center (Campo 2), Es Aristocrático built a high-class trajectory that led him to become one of the best "around-the-turn" sprinters in the country.
The numbers speak for themselves: 20 starts, 9 wins, 5 seconds, 4 thirds, and only one finish out of the money, with total earnings of 84,707,000 pesos, competing mostly at the "city of diagonals" track.
A winner in just his third start at age 3, Es Aristocrático never stopped improving from that point on. He won again quickly and entered stakes company, never to look back. He finished fifth in the Benito Lynch (L) and second in the 2024 Clásico Ciudad de La Plata (G2), foreshadowing what was to come.
He closed that year with a victory in the Clásico Uberto F. Vignart (G3). During this past season, his haul was superb, winning the Clásico Jockey Club Argentino (L), Club Hípico de Chile (L), and España (L), as well as the Especial La Plata Capital, Frío Wells, and Flag Nine.
Additionally, he was second in the Ciudad de La Plata, Uberto F. Vignart, and Colombia stakes, and finished third in the Clásico 25 de Mayo de 1810 (G2) and Fortunato Novara (G3)—both contested over the mile during an attempt by his connections to test him at longer distances.
Es Aristocrático is out of the mare Soutine (Luhuk) and is a half-brother to Salonika (Roman Ruler), who won the Clásico Chile (G3) and finished second in the 2013 Gran Premio Selección (G1). His granddam is the unforgettable Souriante (Lyphmas), one of the foundation mares of Haras Tres Jotas.
The Argentine chapter for Es Aristocrático is drawing to a close. He will soon travel to the United States in search of further victories. He certainly possesses more than enough quality to succeed.
